I have three Rise 360 courses linked to Ethos. Two of them launch to the Rise course in a new window. The third presents the Rise course on the launch page but not in a new window. 

I have searched everywhere for what might be different and I find nothing. I also checked Navigation Settings in Rise. I'm baffled. 

I would much appreciate any suggestions.
