25Providing Feedback and Evaluating Learners

CPL logo

Clinicians who serve as educators are required to evaluate the competence of learners and to provide them with feedback that improves their performance. This module provides the background and tools to accomplish both roles.

The two Learning Units are designed to engage you in deepening your teaching processes and skills.  Consider applying this knowledge in your teaching and then return to this module to document and reflect upon the experience in the Teaching Unit.

All learners must first register and receive an access code for the course.  Non-HSC learners are required to pay a fee unless they are volunteer preceptors for the UNM School of Medicine. For more information about the course, fees, and the registration link, please go here.

For questions, please contact CPL at HSC-CPL@salud.unm.edu.
